The fire burned brightly for miles upon miles
Leaving ashes far and wide
That firey sent of misery
It smells so sweet
And the heat, brought defeat
But for this lonely heart that has grown old with age
Feels like I am an animal tied up in a cage
I am free, but hated,
But for what?
Is that what the pain is rated?
To be cast away out to sea
And made a victim. . .
To be enslaved to love, at what cost?
