What a sweet sorrow

it was to say goodbye

now i know why goodbye is the hardest thing to say

it is so hard to have to walk away

how after that can you be okay?

many nights i cannot sleep

because all i can do is think of you

and now you are gone

you left me alone

you ripped out my heart

and threw it on the floor

and let it shatter into a million pieces

tears fall constantly

sometimes for no reason

i know i will never be okay
