All that I have known is pain

Living life in vain

such a shame,

I forget all the blessings thrown my way

and all of the things I should be thankful for

Sure at times the bad outweigh the good,

but at least there is some good in it all,

Friends, Family and health,

Then why do I feel so sad at times?

Even though it doesnt seem like it,

I am grateful to be alive,

You just never know when a moment will be the last

There is no future,

there is no past,

all that there is,

is this moment now...
