You said you would never abandon me

You said that you would never leave

I trusted every word that you said, all the lies

You always sugarcoated the truth

Thinking I couldn't handle your thoughts

You said you never wanted to hurt me

You said that you wanted to give me all the things I deserved

We made all of these plans,

You said you would make sure that they came true

So how come am I sitting here all alone and so blue

You said that you loved me and I did love you

You said you were happy again with me

So why did we have to end

Now I look back on all the thing you said

And all I feel is pain
