Can you take me in

I have built my walls,

but they came crashing down

Along with the fences

I lost all of my defences

What is left of this heart,

Does it have any worth

Everytime I put it out there it always gets hurt

I just don't know how much more it can take

So could you take me in

For my sake

I hate being so desperate

but I'll be fine

Just as long as desperation isnt a crime
