Its been so long since a word has been spoken

I miss the thoughts we shared

Even though my heart is broken

I miss what we had

A good thing of sorts,

except of the distance

All the while I long to hold you

In my arms ever so gently

Yet I let you go so easily,

without even a fight

Holding onto us when you didnt want to

wouldnt have been right

I let you go

Now I embrace all the lonely nights

Without loves embraceable touch

I miss you so very much

I would give anything just for another chance

I would give up the life I knew

If only I could be with you
