The night was black
For no stars or moon were there
To light it up
I was a stranger in my own world
I never really knew who I was
Until you showed me
I hid beneath a mask of pain
My heart jet black
I seemed as if i were possessed
Lashing out at anyone who got in my way
I had panic attacks and heartaches
I didnt want to go on living
Until the day you were there for me
Stopping me before I ended it all
You brought back into my life the sun
Which the lack of it made my life so bleak
You brought back my happiness
You loved me
When no one else would
and I fell in love with you,
When I thought I couldnt love again
