Erase them and pretend they were never heard

Try to unlove me if you can

Take me back to who I really am



Take back all the "I love you's"

because if I had my choice to have heard them, I would rather lose

Try to unlove me, as if you never did, as if you never wanted to

Take me back to before I ever knew you



Take back all the sad goodbyes

and get rid of all the tears that I have cried

Try to unlove me as if we never met

Take me back to who I was before we loved, lost and found regret



Take back all the broken promises and vows

Even though we miss each other now

Try to unlove me like I know you could

Take me back to the time before I even knew you would



If you feel anything for me, take back your heart

Unlove me now before you tear me anymore apart

Take me back before all of our memories

and erase all the hurt that you caused in me
