A heart so full of pain

Only getting up to be let down again

Screaming out, hoping that someone hears

Cant get away from or defeat your fears



So You will say anything to hide that you are afraid

Put on a mask, Keep living your charade

Cant let anyone in, cant let them see the truth

You need help and that is the proof



Runaway from your problems, only the will follow you as you spiral down

They will catch up to you as soon as you hit the ground

You only push the ones you love away

Why do you have to be so afraid?



They would never do anything to hurt you, They only want to help

But all you can trust now is yourself

You life is lost in the gutter

Your voice is lost and no one can hear the words you stutter



Why don't you stop trying to hide

Lose the thing that hurts you, your foolish pride

Go get help before you die

Can't you stop living your lie



Open up and tell the truth, you'll only get what you deserve

Stand up, fight for your life, prove that you have got nerve
