I have come to realize that you have moved on

It took you a while but now you are really gone

You let go because you were finally strong enough

While I am still here being blue

Ripped inside you, a million pieces shattered

Tell me the truth, tell me that I mattered

I thought you cared but was it just a lie?

That day you so easily said goodbye

That night the teardrops fell like rain

I could have drown in my own ocean of pain

You never come around anymore

You never even call

I was right when I knew it was wrong to fall

I could have stopped it, stopped the pain

Instead I chose to dance in the rain
