That first moment we were together

Lost out on the dark

We felt the fire; We felt the spark

Who knew this is where we would be today

In a love so true, that is bound to stay

Our hearts and souls, they intertwine

As I hold your hands in mine

When you are around me,

I feel that I have found the real me

The person I always wanted to be

You don't want to change me

But that gives me strength to change the things I need to

You take me under your wings

and make me better

You turned the lonley me into someone feeling so loved

I surely thank the stars from up above

For if it werent for them and you,

I would have been gone long ago

You are my everything,

and it is so uncanning to think that who knew we would happen

You love me,

You say you will for always

and I hope you know,

That I love you too, for always
