More Than Beautiful

If I wore white down the wedding aisle,

And all the world thought I was a beautiful sight,

When you looked upon me, father,

Would you think that they were right?

If I wore white down the wedding aisle,

In my heart, would I feel remorse?

If someone asked if I stayed pure,

Could I reply ‘of course'?

Does white mean more than beautiful?

And what is a complete sin?

Is It the actions we perform,

Or is it the attitude within?

If I wore white down the wedding aisle

I'd be so completely happy walking down the aisle

Lord, all the praying, persevering,

All the waiting would be worth it's while.
