Just Tell It To The Stars or
Like the autumns leaves.
We're now scattered,
to the winds.......
The winds, of war that once...... roared,
In a hundred lifetimes, that span this world.
Now silent, as is .....their bugle calls.
For now, we fill ....those tranquil gardens,...... sleeping,
neath our crosses, .......
row on row, on row.
While old men stand, and women weep, where....here today.
Children now can, without fear, have their daily play.
Beneath a sun that was oft lost, behind a blackened sky,
that rained death upon us.
Which a fearful silence left, by falling bombs and whistling shells, of long ago.
Now laughter..... fills the void,
Full of screams of joy and playground fun.
Deeds now written amongst the
Stars......and told
