God does not want

Your holier-than-thou facade,

He wants you...

All of you~

Your thoughts

Your actions

Your heart.



He will settle for nothing less.



He does not want your offerings;

He offered His Son on a deathbed

For us so we can never compete.



These sacrifices you present

Just show that your hands

Are still covered in blood,

The blood of Christ that was meant

To wipe the slate of humanity clean.



Stop with your festivals;

God hosts the best parties in heaven,

Yours will not compare!



What he wants is that

You love Him with all your heart

And show it by helping those

Who are lost without Him.



Feed the hungry,

Care for the orphans and widows,

Save the oppressed,

Find the wandering sheep.



Get out of your rituals

And pursue a relationship

With your Heavenly Father!



Let him make you pure in heart,

Wash away your sins

With His son’s pierced body

And become wholly His.
