A Gray World

Folder:
Thoughts on Life

All the world

Is shaded

In the moon

And sun’s shadow.

Nothing is bright

Nothing is night

All is in between,

Vacillating from

Left to right,

Good to evil.

If only the world

Could be painted

In black and white

And not varying

Degrees of gray.

Author's Notes/Comments:

Inspired by: Sometimes I wonder if anything's absolute anymore. Is There Still right and wrong? Good and bad? Truth and lies? Or is everything negotiable, left to interpretation, grey. Sometimes we're forced to bend the truth, transform it, cause we're faced with things that are not of our own making. And sometimes things simply catch up to us. ~ Lucas Scott

I put this stanza in my record and let me say its very sweetly done and the whole poem is rich one..
