The Tunnel

Personal- Hopeful Deep in the dark tunnel,
there is a light shining
that points the way
to happiness.
It is faint at first,
but if we race
down the passage,
we can catch it.
Do not fear
the speeding trains
whizzing past you
for they will not hit you.
They will graze
your subconscious,
but they can only affect
you if you let them.
When we find ourselves
in the bleakest situations,
we must remember
there is hope to come.
That light will
see us through.
I dont think there has ever been a truer word spoken
