Thoughts on Life Rain does not care
if it falls on the right day of the year
and even the right time of day
based on our schedule.
It will pour down when it wants
and all we can do is stare on
wishing it would stop.
We forget we were made
with a layer of protective covering~
his grace and mercy~
that shields us from the most
torrential of rain showers.
And although the rain
may seem endless,
we were given a promise:
that He would never flood us
with more than we can handle.
