Old Stuff In science class, Evelyn could not stop thinking about Daniel. Her teacher, Catherine Jones, asks the class what gravity is. Catherine calls on Evelyn. She is looking into space daydreaming about Daniel. Victoria who sits next to her in the class calls out her name. Evelyn finally comes back to reality. She asks for the question to be repeated and answers it correctly thanking so much that she studied on the Thursday before.
At lunch, she eats with her friends, Victoria and Derek. She was hoping Daniel would have been there, but he does not have lunch with her 10th grade class.
Later she sees Daniel in the hall. He comes up to her and asks shyly, "Would you like to go out to the movies tonight?"
She agrees and goes to her next class, history!
