When he was about to cross the street he heard a crash. He looked back and saw a person breaking into that Mayor’s jewelry store. He hid. He was terrified. The person went towards a glass case. Inside was a beautiful 24 karat gold diamond ring. It was a beauty and it cost $5,234.00. It was the most expensive ring in the store. He broke the glass case, grabbed the ring and left in a flash. The nine year old boy ran to the nearest phone booth and called the police. He said to the police “I am on Main Street and 67th Avenue. Hurry! Hurry! Hurry! I think it is the same thief who stole the money in the bank. The police got there in no time. The little boy gave a description to the police: black hair, brown eyes, 6 feet tall, and 145 pounds. He was a white man wearing a mark over his face. He wore a black T-shirt, dark blue jeans, a pair of blue Nike Air shoes with white socks and a San Francisco 49’s cap. He was about 20-25 years old. So the police drew a description according to what the boy said.

Many of the descriptions were shone on television to see if any one would call and say they saw the person or knew him.
