Life As We Know It

-------------------------------------
Today has not been so great for me,
As I try to oppose my own memory;
This is my life as I know it...
There was no lady beside me in the car,
The baby was not in the back, he was far;
That is my life as I know it...
Life as we know it,
Has not been really the same;
Life as we know it,
Is harder without your name.
Waiting near the phone for you to call,
Still I have heard not a single ring at all;
This is my life as I know it...
I had view my agenda and it was empty,
Once I discern that you possess sympathy;
That is my life as I know it...
Life as we know it,
Has now fallen apart;
Life as we know it,
Is not life without my heart.
