She was really lovely and I asked her name.  I thought she said Kelly but I kept hearing it as Kali.  I heard a couple people address her and I was hearing Kali.  It left me confused.  I’m thinking Kelly is a lovely Irish name and Kali is the Goddess of time, doomsday and death.  It would be kind of nice to know what I’m dealing with.  Irish lasses named Kelly can be a handful but if I’m really dealing with the Goddess of Death, that would be good to know in advance. It’s also not exactly an easy question to ask.  Nobody wants to offend the Grim Reaper or the Goddess of death.  I kept listening and hoping to figure it out.  Perhaps the fact that I lived to tell the tale is the answer.  Perhaps I have way too much time on my hands.

don’t want to offend

fearful of any great wrath

but it would be grand to know
