Take a sip of coffee in the morning.  It’ll be enough to jump start my heart.  Now we’ll be revved up and ready to rock and roll.  Only now it has become more twisted than that.  The summer heat has yet to become too oppressive,  I’m getting away with a lazy schedule.  That is my life now.  Idling away as much as possible but still wide awake

Another sip

nostrils flared

eyes wide open

pulse rate speeds to crescendo

yet nothing to do
