We took a hike in the mountains

but I went and fell on my bad leg

so I became despondent.

I wanted to climb to the top

but my leg said “No go.”

I left the mountain behind

and limped away

I try to hitchhike to the city

but I changed my mind

and went back again

I looked at the mountain once more

and then I retired to sleep.
