is plagued with fixation
of other's natural persuasion
and self righteous condemnation
Evil’ s stunning rise
the silence of the wise
can only lead one to surmise
of God’s demise
Yet a millennia of strife
with hatred rife
begs the question
that cuts like a knife
was God ever alive?
