The ground has slipped from under me
And I am falling into a black abyss
Of failure
No words,
The unbearable silence ringing through my head
And the corner I am left to cry in
Alone
No smiles,
The illusions of shadows lining my face
And the lie that everybody believes
That masks the pain
No escape,
The walls are now closing in on my paranoia
And I am left here with my one true fear
Nothingness
