I saw a picture of you and  tried to reach out and touch your face,

Then a realized the distance is to great,

I wished upon a star we could be in the same place,

For that dream to come true I still wait,



I wonder why I’ve kept this from you for so long,

It’s the reason every night I cant sleep and tell you I’m not good enough,

If the truth were to reveal it’s self I’m sure you’d be gone,

And I don’t think I can live a day without your love,



I made a mistake I so dearly regret,

I tried to say goodbye held back by the tears you cry,

My life crashes every night the sun sets,

Cause I know what I should do, give you a forever good bye,

You shouldn't have to continue to live believing my lies,



I’ll kiss your lips, and look in your eyes one last time and forever

You were the air I breathed, the blood flowing through my veins,

This secret rested on my mind forever, I cheated on you thought I could never,

I love you and goodbye Never again will I put you through  such pain,
