Waves

Waves are hitting the shore in me

They are full of sorrow and pain

The price for love must be usury

Too high but still stays the same

Pure like the finest sand on beach

Just like crystal water so clear

Was the love we both earned each

Today you don't want me near

A steady companion I used to be

Your friend, your base, your hold

We're here but still you don't see

Deeply you're turning me cold

You often gave me endless joy

Stayed with me at darkly night

We're lost just as ancient troy

Have fought and lost the fight

Heavens and skies fall apart

Their stars are hardly to see

It's about to break my heart

I will learn to depend on me

Still I kind of yearn for you

Though I want to turn away

I don't know just what to do

Should I go or should I stay

The future's open and wide

It really resembles the sea

There is no reason to hide

Whatever will be will be...

This is a really beautiful poem. Thanks for the comment on mine. It meant a lot to me. I haven't posted on here in forever.
You seem like a nice guy. Drop me an email sometime.
