But off she shunned me to bed with no more to be said.
Anger grew down on me.
"I did see it" again and again I said.
With the misty pictures of it playing in my head.
"I know I saw it, why doesn't she believe?"
"Does she think I'm telling lies or is she afraid of the Truth? The Truth that unicorns are real and exist?"
"Or did she once see it herself and didn't want to believe it?"
Cute poems, all of them. Amythest is my favourite. Thanks for the comment on my 'It's funny...' poem. I've not written a new poem for a while, so it's always nice to know somebody is reading them. Sometimes I try and make them rhyme too much, as I don't believe in poems without rhyme, maybe that detracts from them a little, you've shown it's not always necessary for a good poem.
