Every hand is in the air

Giving to God the burdens we bear

Losing hope only to find it again

So sick of just playing pretend

Wearing a fake smile on my face

Giving you only a little of my praise

Questioning everything I once believed

But now I have been set free

Only to discover Jesus is right there

I was drowning in my tears

I was paralized from my fears

The hurt was breaking me down

Where was God I kept asking myself

Why do I feel like I am by myself

And then I found God, he was not lost

He was hanging there on the cross
