All My Worms

I lay low with all my worms
That wiggle through my bones
That snuggle close and chew away
My body is their homes.
I'm buried deep, my soul to keep
My love was lost when found.
Instead, to live without her love
I've settled in the ground.
I bled myself to smell the dirt
Bled my soul away...
Bled myself to end the hurt
I knew it'd come to this someday.
I love you so, That is still true
Whatever do you think of late?
I loved you love, The love of you
Did keep me from the hate.
And as my body rots away
Here, buried in the dirt,
I see the pain is less today
But still the soul does hurt.
