Will there ever come a time
Before those shadowed steps I climb
Will death and I see eye to eye
When I cross beyond this mortal rime
I'll ride that pale horse beneath the sky
Without a care or a questioned why
As I embrace the promised afterlife
With nothing more than a contented sigh
There is wealth beyond this corporeal life
That is free from all of poverties strife
And if Thanatos would so dare consign
I would ride forth into his aberrant fief
