I can't wait to stand before You as nervous as I know I'll be.
I can't wait to bow before you, all the way to my knees.
As I wait for you here in the darkness of night
I can see because you've removed the scales from my eyes...
I was BLIND! I was blind to your forgiveness, and Your holy ways.
I couldn't see why You'd want me to stay.
Deaf to all of Your pleas in my own insanity,
now it's You I see, that made a man out of me.
I walked along the road so lonely, cold, and hateful.
I just quit looking. I gave up on what I'm made for.
I hated everything, especially the one I call me,
but no matter what I did, You still tried to make me see...
But I was BLIND! I was blind to your forgiveness, and Your holy ways.

Deaf to all of Your pleas in my own insanity,

Every second of every minute
