I see you now

right where you are

shining like

the brightest star,

but I don't know where I'm going in this life.

I'm so lost,

I need your light.



I closed my eyes

for a while.

I stopped having faith

like a child's,

but when I fell I found out something...

no matter what

you are there to catch me!!!



Everyday I see you in my life,

and now I know

that you will be my light.

Anyway if I ask you yes I know

because you have made it so...

everyday...



It's like I'm drowning in an ocean,

and when I think that there's no way.

You look at me,

and show me the light of day...



Everyday I know you're there

and now I know

that you really do care

Anyway if I ask you yes I know

that you are God

because you have made me so

everyday...



Though your eyes I will see

the happiness within me,

and through your heart I will know

which way you want me to go...



Everyday

when I see you standing here

comforting my fears,

and giving me courage to face the day

even through my tears

You always carry me

through all of my years...
