I have many things in life,

and I'm thankful for every single one.

A house to live in. A car to drive.

I wake up every day and see the sun.

But no matter what I do...

I don't seem to get what matters...

All of these material things mean nothing.

All I want out of life is something.

Money can't buy the only thing I need.

All I really want...is someone who loves me.

Now don't get me wrong I have the Lord,

and nothing on this Earth can compare to His grace.

As for on this Earth though, I could use more,

like someone to share it with for all of my days!

Time and time again I've tried.

There are those who loved me and left,

and there are those who did nothing but lie.

I don't think i can deal with that again, 

but I'm stubborn, so I'd probably give it another try...

I doubt it, but maybe this time I'll win...

I'm worth the risk...
