Sound Of Thunder
The ground shakes like the thunder rolling through the sky.
He appears through the trees, forty feet up high.
In his search for food, he does not realize,
What then men hold as a surprise.
Though it doesn’t not truly matter how the sacrifice
Anything with suffice
For he’s life is already to be lost.
But what the men don’t know is that there is now a higher cost.
The surprise the men hold,
Does not work as told.
During the wave of fear
One man yells to keep clear.
Stay on the path
No matter this beast’s wrath.
Even so, unnoticed to all,
They had just helped their world fall.
When they return the error is still unseen.
Let through for the filter didn’t clean.
Just one step outside
Made all fear and want to hide.
What was happening to the world around?
That is the hiding change making it’s silent sound.
Their way of life,
Is about to fill with strife.
In a desperate search to fix,
They run out into the mix.
The world blowing a constant wave,
They hope that this is something they can save.
The creatures in the realm of night.
Stalking anything in sight.
With every wave they evolve.
With time running out will they be ablee to resolve?
