to the pain,
knowhere else to go
but up and down,
suspension of hope
remaining in the present
drowning in the past,
seeking nothing but to pass
time that is running out
getting lost day by day
in distractions, which do
not relieve the fear of fearing.
betting on nothing but death,
staving away disease until,
giving out and going away
forever and not caring why
to enjoy what is coming by
not enjoying anything,
