Just a memory now, just a thought I forgot

So I'll reset the course for this thickening plot

If hope is all I have, then I'll hope for the best

It's all I can do to withstand this test

It isn't a voice that slips through the cracks

Just innocent thoughts that bring them all back

Though able and willing to pull back the urge

Resist every feeling that starts to emerge

My mind plays tricks with small interactions

It brings in new feelings of fatal attractions

Having a love that's so true and so pure

Then losing is much more than I can endure

These feelings restrict me, I'm dying to live

The war of a lion afraid to forgive

For this one I long, forever always

A core hidden through the mist and the haze

Beautiful eyes have captured my heart

A glorious vision, a true work of art

Emotions encase me it riddles my mind

This love hidden well, laced within these lines
