In the dark theres a thousand eery eyes

but in the light theres no one to share your ties.

In the dark no one will wish you harm

but in the light theres those who set off the alarm.

In the dark life leaves you many charms

but in the light theres men taking up arms.

In the dark you can rest in peace

but in the light you stay awake incase of siege.
