THOUGHTS PENNED ON A COLD WINTER'S NIGHT

Midnight moon,
Longs for company,
Who cares?
Not this sleeping world.
Angels sigh,
For the lost dreamy souls,
Allah's mercy,
Waits with open arms.
Ah! This age!
Of liars, cheats, swindlers,
Even the cleric,
And the mullah are devils.
Soon shall this Earth,
Be floating lonely,
Like Orion and Cygnus,
As a myth, high up there.
O Emmenay!
Why lament for those,
Who are henpecked husbands?
Just for a piece of flesh,
Those who sell their friends!
