A DIFFERENT WOMAN

Ah women! How they and their hearts do swing,

How they always to the fragments cling,

Care not they to trod on broken hearts,

With false promises and destruction bring.

They have as many affairs as they like,

Wreck homes and families like a sharp spike,

And with their alluring guile and charms,

Wreak havoc on other men like a lightning strike.

They want to have everything as they please,

More and more of joys, love, happiness, peace,

And yet when their men for them do all this,

Their desires to have even more increase.

May God give common sense to some men,

Who fall in love every now and then,

And get entrapped by those lurking around,

And willingly go all out for them.

Rarely does a kind and caring soul come,

And for me too came such a loving one,

She loves unconditionally and wants to prove,

She is different from the rest in God's kingdom.

Please don't give all of us a bum wrap...
Not all are gold diggers, and flirts...
There are still some women with dignity...
Maybe you have been hurt somewhere along
the way...That led you to these conclusions.
Anyway this is a good write...

I think most women are like the later in your poem not gold diggers or homewreckers like in the beginning. I don't think in the overall women are out to get men and your piece seems to give that feeling. For those that are they are probably very selfish or were spoiled rotten all their lives..
