Last night darkness was around

I lay in bed spellbound

There was magic in the air

Not even a blink I could spare



Then the window started to rattle

Wondrous cacophony like a battle

I looked to see a specter float

A shocking scene left me smote



What is your name, I asked

Sophie she said, her face was masked

What is your ordeal, I enquired

In this room I died, she replied



In love I was, head over heel

With Brian mi amour so real

Alas he cheated on me

Broke my heart and failed to see



So I made up my mind

My loss he would find

I lit my body on fire

This became my funeral pyre



Now I haunt this room for eternity

There is no justice in my tragedy

I cannot escape this state

Forever, is sealed my fate
