Every shadow has a name
My shadow hidden away his
I heard rumors of his fame
One about his game
And another of his shame
When the pure awareness
In my heart spoke differently
I looked toward that noise and confusion
I saw rays of his soul shining clearly
Through the mirror of my own soul
How could I mistaken him by this human form
I stood strong on love ground
To their judgments I listen
They judge according to the norm
Neither me nor my shadow
Ever walked in that form
My shadow was a blessing
Generous and full of grace
A light within his light
Caused my soul to boil with ecstasy
Longing to hold his hidden face
To grasp his extended hands
When everyone bound to sleep
I hear my shadow at night weep
Calling my soul, calling my name
In the dreams we meet
In Oneness we melt
He always leaves to return
Leaving all the crowd
on the top of the hill behind
Holding tight to my hand
Running freely across the land
Among the green trees
Under the heavy pure rain
Spreading laughter in the space
