I know about respect and value,

honored to be bless

with the great gift,

to still be trusted

and a person to be rely upon,

even though all we have done

to your being,

it is there were I believe

I can break apart,

I know about reason and trust,

I am not superman

nor have has super strength,

I can not stop bullets with my hands,

nor soar through the sky with my red cape,

I am a simple person,

with  simple heart,

if you are an unknown being to my mind,

I still receive you with open arms,

I am here to help out,

does not matter if I now you for days,

hours, or minutes,

my ears will be open,

I will offer my heart,

I don’t guarantee I may solve your problems,

yet I will be there

till at least they settle down,

as long as you trust in me,

I will demonstrate the person

you will begin to know,

no I am not superman

nor have his strength,

I am a simple man,

I have my mind to try to solve your problems,

my arms to cover your fears,

my heart to sweeten your soul,

my chest and shoulder

for your head to rest,

my soul to block you from harm,

this is who I am,

a weak man,

yet hopefully for some

a person to rely upon,

an a simple friend
