Impossible to set your time of departure,

it may be as soon as a second,

or as long as eternity,

I wish my time is full of sand,

and not dripping the last grams of sand,



life give me more time,

for I would want to stand next to our creator,

place sight in front,

sight on a beautiful lady,

my life, my love,

my soon to be wife,

walk down the aisle,

her beautiful smile,

joyful expressions,

family and friend by our side,



life give me more time,

for I would like to be a successful man,

suit up,

play with stock,

raise economical wealth,

own a house and car,



life give me more time,

for I would like to sweat,

bleed, and cry

as I claim the mountain of my goals,

give my dear mother

a place she can call her own home,

hear the words

“ I love you my son”,



life give me more time,

for I would like to watch

my first new born,

change diapers,

potty train,

give pieces of knowledge,

hear his first words,

graduate,

making parents proud,

move on in life as I once,



life give me more time,

for I would like to observe

my wrinkled body,

as a raisin,

thinking back to youth,

watch grandsons play with joy,

next to my wife,

observe her with the same eyes as youth,

keeping my word,

love her till eternity,



life give me more time,

to see a tomorrow,

life,

hopefully,

I want the time to conclude my book of life
