Depressed
I Got A Phone Call From A Friend,
Whose Broken Heart I Tried To Mend.
Was Shaken Up & Cried Some Tears,
She's Gone Through All This Crap For Years.
Now It's Begun To Start Again,
I Tell Her It's The Same As Then.
With Teary Eyes She Will Not See,
The Situation Just Like Me.
I See What's Being Done To Her,
She's So Afraid To Even Stir.
She's Told That Nothing She Can Do,
Goddamn Him Dar For Abusing You.
Now She's Told That She Is Useless,
How Can He Even Be So Ruthless?
She's Told That In Life She's A Leech,
For Higher Goals That She Should Reach.
Last Night I Seen Her So Distraught,
I Hope A Lesson He Is Taught.
You Cannot Mess With People's Feelings,
Throughout This Life, It's Many Dealings.
Dar, I'm Always There For You,
There's Nothing For You I Wouldn't Do.
My Shoulder's There For You To Cry,
To The Problem Maker Say Bye-Bye.
I loved your poem, and I wish there were more people out who cared as much as you,but most people just brush abuse aside or don,t want to get involved,and i,m glad to know that she has someone who will stand by her, she,s lucky to have someone like you,because now days people just don,t care enough.
