I am my own person

If you don't like me, tough

Cause through my eyes I can see

I'm more that good enough



I have my own identity

And I don't need to hide

I can be just who I am

And I won't change my mind



I don't want to play pretend

It really isn't fun

I just want to be myself

Whatever I become



I realize I'm not perfect

And I've never tried to be

I don't hide behind the make up

I'm just straight up me
