Quit combing my hair a year ago

After a lifetime of trying to tame these

   tangly tresses - brushing, blowdrying,

   curling, ironing, perming, dyeing - I've

   given up and given over to Mother Nature

   the care of my hair

Who knew a head topped with Medusa dreads

   would suit me so well
