Those who stand for nothing, fall for anything
But those who stand for anything, fall for everything
So stand for something so you fall for nothing.
Author's Notes/Comments:
I saw a poster in my classroom that said, "Those who stand for nothing, fall for anything" and I thought I would expand on that. It may not make much sense the first read through, but I hope that after reading it a couple of times you'll understand what I was trying to say. And my friend was talking to me about it and thought it had the sentiment of a poem, but the power of a quote, therefore she has called it a "quoem".
