Put on your shoes and run out the door,
Keep moving 'til the ground will make your feet sore.
See the trees, cars, and people watch you pass,
You have no time for them to stop, stare, and harass.
Spread your arms as you run and close your eyes,
Make the wind sour past as you pretend you fly.
Glide your body smoothly through the air,
Make your mind drift away like you just don't care.
Open your eyes at a cliff, stop the running,
To watch the new diamond sky, so stunning.
Feel the beat in your pumping heart rush timeless,
Where you are standing can only lead to a guess.
You are alive, so breath in deep,
It's not time to jump deaths leap!
A breath taking poem my dear. Keeping the imagry all the way to the last few lines.
