A Phonecall

She layed there crying

The lights turned off

Whispering as she sobbed

With a pillow to her face

The stars out the window

Shone brighter than before

Everything was waiting

Listening to her words

Her lover was so far

Not knowing what's happening

Her friends turn on her

Saying things behind her back

She asked herself

Why she is here tonight

Crying in the dark

And no one bothering to care

Locking feelings away

Building up 'til they burst

When suddenly

Her heart jumped to a sound

By her bed on the table

The phone started ringing

Answering to her boyfriend

Who just called to say 'Hi!'

She smiled!
